Mark Beerenstrauch, D.V.M Dr. Beerenstrauch was born in DeWitt, Nebraska. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and attended Kansas State University School of Veterinary Medicine. He has been in Las Vegas the past 4 years. He lives with his dog Nita, a ten year-old mixed breed that enjoys the outdoors. When not working he enjoys cooking and eating (especially sushi). Kerith Lacassagne, D.V.M. Dr. Kerith Lacassagneg grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, where her family still resides. She graduated college in 2003 from Louisiana Tech University and graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She enjoys several outdoor activities, especially horseback riding, hiking, and swimming. Dr. Lacassagne has two Siberian Huskies named Alan and Kaia and a cat named Hercules. Bradley Christensen, D.V.M. Dr. Christensen joined Durango Animal Hospital in the summer of 2003. He is originally from Wyoming and moved to Las Vegas after completing veterinary school at Colorado State University in 2003. Brad and his wife Sherry have two children, Devan and Trevor, and a Border Collie named Blue. Dr. Christensen enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and many sports and outdoor activities like basketball, softball, hunting and fishing. Dr. Christensen and his family are also active members at Hope Baptist Church in Las Vegas. Intl. Galena V. Quist-Rybachuk, D.V.M. Dr. Quist-Rybachuk grew up in Kiev, Ukraine. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine, when she moved to Las Vegas with her husband, Sebastiaan S. Quist, and the extended pet family of 6 felines and 2 purebred mutts. She is finishing her graduate degree in Virology and is interested in surgery. For fun, she and her husband enjoy the company of family and friends, wilderness, good food, road trips, rock and classical music, dance, and theater. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. Xavier Meaux, D.V.M. Dr. Xavier Meaux was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He received his Bachelor's in Animal Science from Purdue University in 2002 and graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Since then, he has been working at Durango Animal Hospital and has been enjoying his time in Las Vegas. Dr. Meaux likes spending his free time hanging out with friends, traveling, snowboarding, and going to Lake Mead. He has a little Jack Russell Terrier that keeps him busy while at home.
