Dr. Christopher Schneider D.V.M

Dr. Christopher Schneider grew up in Wisconsin. Because his uncle was a veterinarian, he was exposed to the practice at an early age and knew it would be something he’d pursue. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Schneider spent the majority of his time raising and showing Dutch rabbits with his wife.

He received a bachelor degree in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001, and graduated from Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. He has been practicing veterinary medicine at Durango Animal Hospital since 2010.

He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, two dogs Zorro and Jack, and three cats Ghost Rider, Fifi Doodle, and Claire Bear. Presently, since his family of rabbits did not follow him out to Las Vegas, Dr. Schneider enjoys photography, hiking, cooking, and eating a variety of different foods in his free time. His areas of interest in veterinary medicine include animal behavior, rabbit medicine, and dermatology.
